• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Visible damage must be reported to the courier before signing.

5. WARRANTY & PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY

PiD products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects only.

The buyer is responsible for:

• Verifying compatibility before installation
• Performing necessary tests
• Ensuring proper application procedures

Warranty does not cover:

• Labor costs
• Installation errors
• Paint or vehicle damage
• Application over coatings or incompatible surfaces
• Damage resulting from misuse

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective product.

6. MATERIAL TOLERANCES

• Film length and width tolerance may vary ±2%.
• Rolls may contain marked joins.
• Slight color variation between production lots may occur.
• Metallic, pearl, and directional films require consistent installation direction.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and will not exceed the invoice value.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PPF PiD and AM primaclasse CORP shall not be liable for:

• Installation-related damages
• Labor or downtime costs
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Shipping losses
• Vehicle or paint damage

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by force majeure events.
