REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW
Our return policy lasts 30 days from delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable both ways.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Orders under 10 yards
- Printed films
- Custom or on-demand products
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital products
- Installed material
No refunds or exchanges are issued once the product has been installed.
DAMAGED MATERIALS
Inspect all goods immediately upon arrival.
If the package is damaged:
- Report it to the courier before signing.
- Take photos of packaging and material.
- Contact us immediately.
Failure to follow these steps may void shipping claims.
REFUNDS
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- You will receive notification of approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.
If you have not received your refund:
- Check with your bank.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact us at info@ppfpid.com.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are provided only for defective products and must be reported within 8 days of delivery.
TRAINING & EVENTS (If Applicable)
If PiD offers training classes or events:
- All registrations are final and non-refundable.
- One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 business days prior to the event.
- No-shows forfeit payment.
