REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

Our return policy lasts 30 days from delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable both ways.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Orders under 10 yards
  • Printed films
  • Custom or on-demand products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital products
  • Installed material

No refunds or exchanges are issued once the product has been installed.

DAMAGED MATERIALS

Inspect all goods immediately upon arrival.

If the package is damaged:

  • Report it to the courier before signing.
  • Take photos of packaging and material.
  • Contact us immediately.

Failure to follow these steps may void shipping claims.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will receive notification of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check with your bank.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact us at info@ppfpid.com.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are provided only for defective products and must be reported within 8 days of delivery.

TRAINING & EVENTS (If Applicable)

If PiD offers training classes or events:

  • All registrations are final and non-refundable.
  • One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 business days prior to the event.
  • No-shows forfeit payment.
