Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing campaigns for digital and print
- Create product packaging and label systems
- Design brochures, catalogs, flyers, and sales materials
- Produce website graphics, landing pages, and banners
- Create social media content and advertising creatives
- Design email marketing campaigns
- Develop trade show graphics and booth branding
- Create apparel, merchandise, and promotional products
- Design presentation decks and sales documents
- Prepare print-ready production files
- Maintain consistency across all EVOLV brand assets
- Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design skills
- Excellent understanding of type, layout, composition, and color
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker who can bring ideas to life
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly
- Passion for premium branding and modern design
- Ability to design in multiple languages (English/Spanish)
Required Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Print production knowledge
- Digital design experience
- Branding experience
